Is Peeling Skin On The Hands And Feet A Cause For Concern?

I skin is peeling from both my hands and feet. No fever, no cold. I was told it was fifth disease and is caused by a parvovirus. I wasn t given any medication for it and was told that it would go away. It is worse on my hands. Thank you for your help

Hello,

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
