Hi im 35 weeks pregnant and i have been having pain right above my pelvis, im not sure if this is because her head is down there or there is something wrong, occasionally i do have pain all over my stomach but its fairly constant down there, a little history about me, im 21 years old first time mum with pre existing hypertension it is usually around 140/80 my Dr has put me on medication but it doesn t seem to be working (i don t have preeclampsia, well i didn t when i last went to the Dr) i had a ultra sound 5 days ago the Dr said my baby was spot on average she was 2.5kg which apparently is average the only problem was my amniotic fluid was a little low it was 10.4 so should i go to the hospital or do you think everything is ok? i need advice please! oh my baby is still moving around not a lot but she has never been very active...
Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Mild pelvic pain in later part of pregnancy is quite common as the baby's head descends and tries to fit himself in the pelvis.Small pains in abdomen and hip bones is a normal feature and nothing can be done top help it.
