Is Period Supposed To Be Normal After Experiencing Missed Miscarriage?

Hi there I had a missed miscarriage 2 months ago & two normal periods. My period started the 10th July & finished 17th July. Had sex last night with my partner & saw blood when I went to wash myself. (there was blood again this morning) Should I be worried? Or is my body just returning to normal after the miscarriage?
