Is Permethrin Lotion,ivermectin Medication Safe For Scabies?

My age 40. 5-6, Weight 80kgs. Is Permethrin lotion and Ivermectin drug safe for the treatment of scabies? I am having scabies for last 1 month. My doctor took 3 visist of me and charged thrice but there is no change? Should I consult an ayurvedic doctor? Some sites say Permethrin is not safe and neem oil is better? Coudl you please help me?
