Is Persistent Cough Especially While Talking Related To West Nile Virus?

I have a persistent cough especially when I Talk. I thought it was a cold but it is not. I do not smoke or drink. The earlier part of the year I had bronchitis but was given cough meds and antibiotic. But, there is one thing. Where I work mosquitos were really bad this summer. Is there a chance I have west nile virus? I also get diarrhea about an hour after I eat (I had my gallbladder removed in 2001 though). Thank you.
