Hi,

1. Since vomiting started after fever, make sure to get her examined by a Pediatrician to exclude Meningitis.
2. Because it is neonatal vomiting thus some other causes which can aggravate vomiting is/are:
- Overfeeding or faulty feeding: make sure to burp the baby, by holding the baby in upright position, avoid overfeeding.
- Give sugar water, between milk feeds.
- Syrup bonnisan or gripe water: 1/2 tsp thrice daily.
- Syrup perinorm: 10 drops thrice daily or syrup vomiteb: 1/2 tsp thrice daily.

Hope I have answered your query. let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
