Is Petroleum Jelly Ingestion Harmful To A Child?

My 11 month old was playing with petroleum jelly that she pulled out of a drawer. I don t think she ingested very much of it. She had it all over her hands but not really around her mouth or face. She has no prior health problems, and no allergies. Is petroleum jelly harmful if swallowed?
