Is Physical Exertion During The 1st Trimester In Pregnancy Safe?

Hello I am 10 weeks pregnant and work in a hospital er setting. Is it ok for me to pull up on patients and push beds to the floors? I work 12 hours and I hardly ever get a chance to rest except for lunch and find myself getting easily out of breath.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.No its not recommended in the early pregnancy until placental attachment and things like that.
2.There are possibilities of abortions that way.
3.Even any trimester its difficult to do hard job with 12 hours work.
4.Suggets to take a break.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
