Is Pin, Graph And Vessel Operation Needed For A Dying Scaphoid Bone?

been six weeks in a cast now have been told another four for my scaphoid fracture. the bottom part of my xray looks like a white compared to the rest of the bone. I have been told it is dying the bone and will be looking at a pin and graph and vessel operation
