Is Pin Point Hole In A Ventricle A Serious Cause For Concern?

Hello sir my child name is Eknath. 6 yrs age. My child affected a small pin point hole in ventricle. my native Dr told that is no problem,no surgery and no need specific tratment.can you tell me. a pin point hole create any major problem to my child.thank u sir
