Hi,
If you have always had normal and regular menstrual cycles, this sort of slight spotting calls for further evaluation. It is also possible that you could be pregnant in view of your history of sexual encounter during the fertile or ovulatory days. You can get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres coupled with a preferably trans-vaginal sonogram to assess the situation and plan further management. If negative for pregnancy, hormone imbalance should be suspected and taken care of. Hope this helps.
