Is Pityriasis Rosea Completely Curable With Medicines?

My doc diagnose me with a condition pityriasis rosea and gave me prenisone and betnovate cream to treat my condition. can this condition be cured completely. I also have al ot dark bump on my labia and some one looks spiky which is not dark but my doctor said its normal but its the first i have noticed it. please advise me on this

Pityriasis rosea is a self limiting skin condition .
This means that it follows its own course and may take sometime before it completely heals.
It presents with crops of development of new lesions every few days for atleast four to six weeks .
Topicsl steroid spplicatuon helps in symptomatic relief .
