Is Placental Bleeding During The 9 The Week Of Pregnancy A Matter Of Concern?

Hi. I am 30 years old and 9 weeks pregnant with my second child. I did an ultra sound few days back and the doctor said that I have placental bleeding which is very small and is inside. But i have no bleeding or pain. I have high pressure during my first pregnancy and I had delivered by c section. just need to know whether it is normal or do i need to take bed rest and stop working. Now my pressure is normal.I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weight is 69 kgs.
