Is Placentrex Injection Effective In Helping To Conceive?

Hi doctor,

I am married trying to get pregnant from last 3 years. But still no luck. My doctor did endoscopy and told that there are blockages in falopian tube nad uterus. She suggested to take placentrex injuction every alternate day for 3 months. Will it help me getting pregnant or will it have any other bad side effects on my fertility. Kindly help me in understanging this.
