Is Podiatrist Consultation Advisable For Callus And Peeling Skin?

hi my question is I have been self treating what I think is a corn on my lt foot pressure point right at the ball of my foot under my big toe so I am using dr scholl corn remover for 3weeks just deep pealing skin around the corn but no callus or corn removal should I be seeing a foot doc.

hello patient,

It seems you have corn deep into your skin.If the corn are superficial it gets off with corn tape.In your case it is not helping.

Rather than consulting podiatrist. consult general surgeon.They can advise you better with your problem.
