Is Pores In Tip Of Nose Dispursing Blood Serious Problem?

Hi, I'm 46 male and for the past few months I have noticed the pores in the tip of my nose dispurse blood. Is this something I should be concerned about? I have no other "symptoms" and feel no pain associated with the same. Thank you for your attention to the matter.

YES! please meet your doctor as you may be having an infection or a hemangioma , which is an abnormal growth of blood vessels on the nose.you may need antibiotics or surgical excision of the same.
please dont delay and meet your ent doctor.
