The condition from which you are suffering is called Congestive hepatopathy. Due to chronic passive congestion of the liver, there is venous congestion, usually and most of the time its secondary to congestive heart failure. Please send to me the reports of your endoscopy, your 2d echo reports and other tests reports.
Treatment is directed largely to removing the cause, or, where that is impossible, to modifying its effects. Treatment options are very limited and usually the primary cause needs to be treated. Message me all detailed reports.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Ramesh Kumar
