Hello,

Please write a complete report with history the conclusion of the report says that you may be suffering from disc prolapse between third and fourth cervical vertebrae.

So this disc is compressing the spinal cord lead to neck pain and radiculopathy. So these compressions lead to narrowing of anteroposterior diameter of the spinal cord.

These fourth cervical vertebrae to seventh cervical vertebrae fusion mean there's is no disc vertebrae is fused.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
