Is Postinor Effective On 6th Day After Intercourse?

24 years, 1.65m,56 kg had unprotected sex on 13th day after my last period and today makes it the 6th day after sex and i carried out a urine test for pregnancy 2 days after the intercourse and the test showed positive.Can postinor be effective on the 6th day after intercourse that will be 5 days after ovulation?
