If your test results are positive even before missing a period, it denotes the levels of hCG hormone are very high in your body. This happens when the pregnancy is not normal. This is a diagnostic feature of Hydatidiform mole or molar pregnancy. In this condition, the products of conception undergo either degeneration or neoplastic growth in the form of vesicles which appear like grapes. This pregnancy later on may land into bleeding emergencies. There are some chances of cancer formation from such molar pregnancy.
