Is Pregnancy Like Symptoms Normal After Discontinuing Contraceptives?

i just got off birth control last month and since then have not had a period. i took a hpt 2 weeks ago and it was negative. i've been really tired but restless at night, i've had cramps, i've been urinating more, and moody. could i still be pregnant? or is it my hormones trying to get back to normal after being off birthcontrol?

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

These may be the side effects of the medication you are taking butter symptoms are also suggestive of UTI, I suggest you go for a urine examination routine and microscopic.

If the reports show UTI then take Levofloxacin once in a day for a week.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
