Is Pregnancy Possible After A Tubectomy?

I had my tubes tied in October 2013, I started taking Norethidrone April 28th. I have taken 12 pills since then and May 12th. I had to start on antibiotics the following week. I have started having pregnancy symptoms, and am now 5 days late on my period. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative......could this be from the Norethidrone or could I possibly be pregnant?

Hi,

Pregnancy is very unlikely after tubectomy.

You can go for a repeat UPT for reassurance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
