Dear doctor, My girlfriend and I recently had anal sex for the first time. She's never had any kind of sex before, but I'm not sure if her hymen is still in tact or not. Anyway, I didn't have a condom because I didn't think I needed one for anal but when I orgasmed, I slipped and it might've gotten on her vagina, but not in it. What are the chances of pregnancy?
General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understood your query. For conception, entry of sperms in vagina/uterus is essential. Ejaculation on vagina has least pssebility of resulting in pregnancy. I would advise to get blood HCG test around expected date of menses to exclude pregnancy. Thanks.
