Is Pregnancy Possible After Bilateral Salpinectomy?

Hi, I had a bilateral salpinectomy about a year ago. I haven't had a period at all since. I have been on pent ermine 15mg 2x a day and lost about 15 lbs. I am now having slight cramping with a light brown vaginal discharge for the pas 6 days. This may sound crazy but, Could I be pregnant??

This is not the sign of pregnancy, if you have history of amenorrhea of more than 4 weeks then better to get to done the test to conform this, ultrasonography is the only accurate test you have, hope this information helps, take care.
