General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pregnancy is possible when you practice withdrawal method.
Withdrawal is also called coitus interruptus or the 'pull-out method'. It has a failure rate as high as 25 to 30%. This is because pre-ejaculate or pre-cum, can have enough sperms left in the urethra from a previous ejaculation and can cause pregnancy.
In case you do not get your periods, you need to take urine pregnancy test and consult Gynecologist for appropriate evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
