General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pregnancy is possible after having a miscarriage.

Bleeding dark brown blood is indicative of the passage of old or retained blood.

Kindly take an ultrasound scan to ascertain that the products of miscarriage have been expelled out completely. Any retained product could cause infection of uterus and cause inconvenience to conceive later.

Kindly consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
