General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, pregnancy may not possible as you have taken emergency pills within 72 hours.

Still no any contraceptive measures is 100% effective.

Still in case of missed period you may require urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after gynecologist consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
