Is Pregnancy Possible After Taking Metformin To Regularize Periods In PCO Person ?

Hi, I have PCOS and was given Metformin to try to regulate my periods. I started it the first week of jan, I hadnt had a period since december, Would it be possible to be pregnant after taking metformin for just the one month? For 4 days Ive been dizzy all day, having hot flashes, and thicker white discharge. I took a preganancy test 4 days ago that was negative but since i dont have regular periods I wouldnt even be able to tell if I was late or not. So is pregnancy a possibility still?

Hi.PCOS usually have irregular periods and have long cycle length. I don't think there will be pregnancy rt. now, but take all precautions and wait for few days and get a scan done to confirm the things before taking any medicine for withdrawl. Also continue Metformin which you can do in pregnancy also and try to reduce wt. if you are obese.
Good luck and thanks.
