Is Pregnancy Possible After Treating Uterine Fibroids?

Hello doc I m 29 years old.I got pregnant in april and hd my miscarriage due to fibroid.and doc suggested to go for sugery and thr is no guarantee tht how much percent thy will b able to save my uterus.I hv no babies.I need suggestion is thr any other treatment?or should I take tht risk?

Hi,

There are other treatment options for fibroids, like hormone pills. But we need to consider a lot of other factors like the size and number of fibroids, any other symptoms like menorrhagia etc. Also, fibroid alone as a cause of sterility is less common. Kindly discuss all these aspects with your gynecologist, who can explain in more details.
