Hi. OK I had a tubal ligation after my second child was born. That was almost 6 years ago. They placed some sort of clamps on my tubes. My question is could I still get pregnant. I am having early signs of pregnancy. Sore/tender breasts, frequent urination, nausea, heartburn, lightheadedness, and fatigue. But it s still a little too early to do a home pregnancy test. So is it possible I m pregnant?
hello thank you for asking the question. tubal ligation is permanent solution to prevent chances of pregnancy. once tubal ligation with clamp is done then chances of pregnancy are less, only it occur if there is failure of tubal ligation. so if you are getting symptoms of early pregnancy then do a pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis you can also consult a doctor and do a ultrasound to confirm it hope this will helpful to you.
