Is Pregnancy Possible After Tubal Ligation?

In August 2014 I had my tubes tied after having my son, however I have missed my last 2 periods, my breasts are leaking, I ve gained quite a bit of weight and am having mood swings. I ve used 5 home pregnancy tests and only 1 showed a positive result. I am also on methadone, baclofen, and gabapenten, for chronic pain, as well as kilonopin, mertazapine, ambien, and seraquil for ptsd and other mental health issues. I don t know what to think, could I be pregnant?

Hi,

You have shared, these symptoms can be due to the medications you are using however with tubal ligation, of the ligature is untied, or not successful may cause the possibility of egg or sperms getting through the fallopian tubes though very rarely. Ultrasound pelvis may be done to rule out both possibilities.
