Is Pregnancy Possible After Tubal Ligation?

Hi I m 44 years old, I had a tubal ligation when I was 23 yeas old, I believe they were banded or clamped. I am now having pregnancy symptoms, sore tender breasts, bloating, frequent urination, hungry all the time. My last period was in September of 2017, it s now November, could I bet pregnant or is this the start of menopause?

It is better to confirm the pregnancy by urine test and imaging if needed further. As you said about pregnancy chances after tubal ligation, so yes the chances are very much reduced but still 1/3 of the pregnancies can be ectopic after tubal ligation so in my opinion you should confirm your pregnancy.
