Is Pregnancy Possible After Tubal Litigation?

I had my tubes tied two and a half years ago right after my lo was born.. My question is, could I be pregnant again? I have lower back ache.. Nauseous(only at night), missed period by two months, had very very light spotting... Breasts are a little sore... Been experiencing cramps in my lower abdomin.. Are these signs of pregnancy again? I have also been exhausted.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
Chances of being pregnant is very rare after tubal ligation. Period may be scanty at times due to various reasons.
Your symptoms are non specific and do not necessarily suggest pregnancy. Still if in doubt, you can check pregnancy by home pregnancy test.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for your question.
Take care.
