Is Pregnancy Possible By Missing A Single Dose Of Birth Control Pills?

Hi! Last month I had sex in my third week on my 28 day pill pack. I had sex on Friday (he pulled out) but missed my pill completely on Saturday..never took it. Although I took all other pills correctly that month. I continued with my placebo pills. I did get my period on time which was Monday through Wednesday which was a bit lighter and shorter than usual, then i bled a little heavier on Saturday for a short amount of time. It freaked me out that it was lighter but I was stressed about it and I had just recently started exercising more. Which I heard can cause that. I was nervous it was implantation bleeding but I read that happens 6-14 days after sex but my bleeding occurred like 3-4 days after. I was just wondering what my chances of being pregnant are. I guess it sounds silly since I basically got my period but I'm just nervous lol. Thanks!!

Hello,

Pregnancy will not happen in case you have missed one or two doses of pills. You can take the missed pill along with the next days’ pill. That means you have to take two pills on next day. No alternative contraceptives or emergency pills are required.
