Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Negative Pregnancy Test Results?

Hi doc, I'm a mother of one and it's been 4 yrs before I decided to try for another baby. My menses started last month on 21/04/11 and I started having sex with my husband on the 8th,10th,12th and 14th day. This past 2 days I'm having cramp like feeling at my lower abdominal and I feel very bloated also going to the toilet to urine very frequently. I did a test but it's negative. Is there any possibility that I'm pregnant?
