I will suggest you the best possible treatment options. 1 ) First of all do not panic. 2 ) As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle. If you had unprotected sex act in this period, then you have chance to get pregnant. 3 ) it is a known fact that even pre ejaculation secretions do contain sperms. So even in absence of ejaculation, woman can get pregnant with penetrative sex act without ejaculation. 4 ) If you were in this period of the cycle, then you can use emergency contraceptive pill within 24 to 72 hours of unprotected sex act. This is quite effective in almost 95% cases. If this is not possible now, please wait for the onset of periods. If you happen to cross your dates , please get morning s first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help. Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks oofpregnancy under medical supervision. 5 ) I will suggest to use barrier contraceptive method like condom, in the right way to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
