Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With protected intercourse, (wearing the condom) chances of pregnancy are 0%. The feeling of gained weight (in explained weight gain) may be because of hormonal imbalance.

Hypothyroidism (decrease in thyroid hormones) may cause weight gain. Do not worry about the pregnancy. For weight gain, my suggestion is, please consult endocrinologist or general physician for thyroid profile and take medicines accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
