Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Ipill After Intercourse?

my periods ended on jan 17th and i had sex on jan 18th. my bf used condom but it tore midway. although he didn t ejaculate for safety i had taken an ipill within 12hrs. 3days later we again had sex with condom Nd had double checked that the condom had not leaked after my bf ejaculated. now after 1 week i am bleeding again and fairly good amount. it has been 3days already. and i have a very irregular menstrual cycle. my avg cycle length was 39 days last time. before that it was 38 then 37 days. so i dont know when i ovulate exactly. should i be worried about being pregnant?

Hi, as you told you are bleeding fairly, there is very little chance of pregnancy. Your bleeding may be a result of its pill. So, don't worry. If you have irregular periods, you should get it evaluated. Atleast do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. These will tell you what is the problem. Hope I have answered your question.
