I had sex last weekend Saturday my boyfriend didn t ejaculate in me but I got worried for the pre cum so I took the morning after pill (levonelle) on the 5th day so (120hours later) as I expected my period two days ago. Done 2 pregnancy tests and they both said negative yet I ve been having headaches and feeling so sick for two days now what could be wrong?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Don't worry may due to your stress you may not got cycle most probably. Precum contain very less number of sperms so chances of pregnancy is very less. Levonelle is an emergency contraceptive that can be used within 72 hours (3 days) of unprotected sex or if your usual contraceptive method has failed. Even taking after up to 5 days it's effectiveness is 95%. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
