Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Microgynon?

I am on microgynon controseptive pill,I take it every day at 7:55 and I have never missed one. I am sexually active. I also have had regular withdrawal bleeds, 2.5 days after starting the 7 day break. However I am really scared I may be pregnant, my boobs have grown and are quite tender. I am more tired than normal with achey joints, and need to urinate more. This has been the case for the past 8/9 weeks, Is there a chance I am Pregnant ? because all these symptoms are worrying me, but like I say my withdrawal bleeds have been totally normal. The advice I ve found online so far as been quite contradicting.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pregnancy chance is very less your are ion the regular use of the microgynon.
It is very effective in preventing the pregnancy and failure rate is 0.25 %.
Your symptoms could be a side effects of the microgynon pill or hormonal imbalance.
Increase frequency of urine may be due to anxiety.
I advise you to go for blood HCG and or urine pregnancy test to clear your doubt regarding pregnancy.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet and drink plenty of water.
If your symptoms continues then you should use anothe rcontraception method like condoms.
