Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Mini-Pills?
Hi, I am on the mini pill contraceptive. I have taken 3 months back to back with no 7 day break for a bleed so I haven t had a period for some time. Yesterday was the last pill in the pack, today I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, will it still be effective? Also for the past 3 weeks I have been suffering from severe stomach aches, tender breasts, smaller appetite and constipation. I have also had an aversion to alcohol and cannot finish a meal without wanting to be sick and my stomach cramping. I also get the cramping feeling when me and my boyfriend have sex, almost like motion sickness. Even though I have been on the pill, we haven t been using any other protection so could these be signs of pregnancy?

There is a 10-15% chance of getting pregnant while on the mini pill.
However your symptoms could be side effects of the pill as well.
I would suggest taking a home pregnancy test
