Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan B After Intercourse?

I had sex on the 14th of February when the condom broke. My period, which is usually regular, was scheduled on the 17th. An hour after the condom broke, I took Plan B. It has been over a week and my period has yet to start. After I took the pill, I experienced slight nausea and headaches. Now, I am not feeling any pregnancy symptoms, however, I am experiencing slight discharge. Could I possibly be pregnant?

Chances of pregnancy would be very less or almost but this can not be taken as granted and in case of miss period it is advisable to get done the pregnancy test, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
