Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan B?

I had sex with my boyfriend on Saturday, the condom broke, but he didn't ejaculate inside of me. I took plan b 2 hours later after the accident, just to be on the safe side concerning pre cum. I weigh 200lb, so I'm concerned that plan b may or may not work even though I took it 2 hours after the accident...should I be concerned?

* Plan B is a high dose hormonal preparation. Dose of Hormone are not calculated according to body weight.It is given in a standard dose to all.
Any sex followed by plan B is not likely to cause conception, despite of the weight of the person. So relax!
