Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan B?

Long story short condom broke, bought plan b one step pill 7 hours later after happening and she took it, now she also has ovarian cysts and was told by her physician that the right ovary is nonfunctional and left one is covered in more than 30% of cysts so my question is what are the chances of her getting pregnant with one ovary nonfunctional the other covered in cysts and had taken plan b 7 hours later after it happening?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As a physician, I would like to tell you that chances of pregnancy after taking Plan-B within 72 hours are very very minimal. So you need not worry about a thing. All of the other symptoms are due to the side effects of plan-B.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
