Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor 2 After Intercourse?

I last saw my period on the 29th of September n had sex on d 12th of October I took postinor 2 4hrs after sex as instructed n nw on d 27th of October I saw blood stain it s Nt as much as menstrual flow, I wanna know if am pregnant pls, I need an urgent reply pls.
