Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor 2 After Intercourse?

Hi doc, I had unprotected sex on the 1st and 2nd of October, but ensured I took postinor 2 pills within d period of 48hours as instructed....noticed little side effects, I bled 10 days after consuming the pills.....expecting my next period on the 14th of this month November, but I ve been having this strange feelings of early sign of pregnancy I.e indigestion, heartburn, nausea and dizziness..... Is it possible I could be pregnant?

If you had bleeding than it is sure you are not pregnant.
The period doesn't come at expected day because of hormone disbalance created from taking postinor.
