Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor 2 Post Unprotected Sex?

Good morning,I have sex with my gf on Thursday and Friday,which was on the 13 day,after are period,and she make use of postinor2,in which she make use of the 2tablet, but she told me yesterday that she having pain in are belly and she feel like throwing up,but I think she is fine now,but wil that leads to pregnancy?

Chances of pregnancy is very less likely after 2 tablet of postinor tablets, however it can't be ruled out completely with unprotected sex.

In my opinion she might be having Acid peptic disease or food poisoning
ask her to take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole group of drugs with antacids and antiemetic drug like ondansatron or domperidone

If it doesn't subside than u would advise you to her to consult a gynaecologist for ultrasound and further investigation to establish a diagnosis and further course of action.
