Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor After Intercourse?

hi I had unprotected sex a day ( monday)b4 I ovulate tho am nt sure but my partner bought me postinor of 10 dose the second day (tuesday)and I took two but am not sure of the pill so I bought postinor of two dose the following day (wednesday )and I took the first dose but I slept off and took the second dose after 16 hrs from d first one ,now its a week exactly am nt feeling anything ,no bleeding no side effect ,can it b that am pregnant or the 10 tab postinor did not work ,pls its urgent
