Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postpone 72 Pill?

my gf is supposed to get periods on 6th of may . we had sex on april 30th, i pulled out before ejaculation but my sperm fell on her vaginal opening. she took postpone 72 within 48 hours . today is 11th of may and she still did not get periods . is their a possibility of pill failure and pregnancy ?

Hi,

Postpone-72 is up to 95% effective in preventing pregnancy. If taken within 72 hours following an unprotected sex, Postpone-72 is about 95% effective in preventing an unwanted pregnancy, the sooner it is taken the more will be its effectiveness. Let her wait for a couple of days then get her home pregnancy test on an early morning urine sample to rule out pregnancy. If the UPT is negative then delayed period could be due stress, emotional upset, change in diet or exercise or job or hormonal imbalance.
