Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postpone 72 Pill?

Hi Doctor, I have a query, I had a sex with my girlfriend without any safety measures... Is it possible to avoid pregnancy if she had postpone pills within 72 hours ? Or please advice how to avoid pregnancy because she is still feeling afraid of pregnancy. Thanks in advance..!!!

Understand your concern
If you did unprotected sexual intercourse in the fertile period of your cycle then possibility of pregnancy is high.
Yes you can prevent the pregnancy by taking I pill with in 72 hours. Better to take with in 24 hour as it is effective in 95 percent.
Now after taking I pill if period will delay by the 8-12 days from normal period date than you have to go for home pregnancy test with fresh urine sample in the morning. If pregnancy will confirmed then you can take mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate the pregnancy under the observation of gynecologists after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
